Mangools Review: KWFinder Plans, Limits and Price
By Bike HawleyPrices checked October 23, 2026No test results yet
This Mangools review covers KWFinder and the four other tools in every plan, the three plans, and the limits that decide which one you need. The SEO-only Basic plan costs $49 a month ($29.90 billed yearly) for 100 keyword lookups a day and 200 tracked keywords updated weekly, as of October 23, 2026. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links, and we haven't tested Mangools yet.
KWFinder and the Mangools SEO Tools You Pay For
KWFinder is the Mangools tool most people search for, but every plan you pay for includes five SEO tools, and KWFinder isn't sold alone.
- KWFinder: search volumes and trends, Mangools' own Keyword Difficulty score, keyword ideas and questions, competitor keywords by domain in 17 countries, and about 65,000 locations. Volumes run about a month behind.
- SERPChecker: localized results pages with SERP features and 49 metrics.
- SERPWatcher: rank tracking down to city level, weekly (daily on Agency), with desktop and mobile counted as separate keywords.
- LinkMiner: backlinks from Majestic's Fresh and Historic indexes rather than a Mangools crawler.
- SiteProfiler: an authority and traffic overview of any site.
Mangools Pricing: SEO-Only Plans vs the AI Bundle
Mangools pricing has two price lists, and the Mangools pricing page opens on the bundle that adds AI Search Watcher to the SEO plans.
| Plan | SEO tools only | SEO + AI Search Watcher |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49 ($29.90 yearly) | $61 ($37.70 yearly) |
| Premium | $69 ($44.90 yearly) | $81 ($52.70 yearly) |
| Agency | $129 ($89.90 yearly) | $141 ($97.70 yearly) |
The bundle adds $12 a month ($7.80 a month billed yearly) for 500 AI prompts, while AI Search Watcher alone costs $49. If you only want keyword research and rank tracking, buy from the SEO-only list. Mangools' FAQ says yearly billing saves up to 35%, yet on Basic the gap is 39%. Its pricing code also carries geo-pricing and price-test flags, so some visitors may see different numbers.
Mangools Plan Limits That Decide What You Buy
Mangools plan limits reset 24 hours after your first request, and three of them decide what you buy: keyword lookups, tracked keywords and update speed.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | Not listed | 5 lookups per 24 hours with 15 related and 5 competitor keywords per lookup; no credit card |
| Basic | $49/mo | $29.90/mo | 100 keyword lookups and 100 SERP lookups per 24 hours, 200 tracked keywords updated weekly, 100,000 backlink rows a month, 20 site lookups per 24 hours, no extra seats |
| Premium | $69/mo | $44.90/mo | 500 keyword lookups and 500 SERP lookups per 24 hours, 700 tracked keywords updated weekly, 500,000 backlink rows a month, 70 site lookups per 24 hours, 3 extra seats |
| Agency | $129/mo | $89.90/mo | 1,200 keyword lookups and 1,200 SERP lookups per 24 hours, 1,500 tracked keywords updated daily, 1,200,000 backlink rows a month, 150 site lookups per 24 hours, 5 extra seats |
Per tracked keyword, Basic costs $0.245 a month, Premium $0.099 and Agency $0.086 with daily checks. For daily tracking at scale, SE Ranking's Core plan tracks 2,000 keywords for the same $129 (see our SE Ranking review), and rank tracker prices lines up all nine trackers.
Mangools Free Plan, Trial and 48-Hour Refund
Mangools has a free plan but no timed trial, and its refund window is 48 hours from payment.
The free account allows 5 lookups per 24 hours, with 15 related and 5 competitor keywords each, and needs no card. The refund is a full one within 48 hours, but not on a second consecutive subscription; ask by email or live chat. Plans renew automatically until you switch renewal off, and access runs to the end of the prepaid period. Mangools may also offer Black Friday deals and an early-bird discount an hour after sign-up.
Who Should Buy Mangools (and Who Should Pay for More)
You should buy Mangools if you're a beginner, a niche-site builder or a small team that mostly needs keyword research and light rank tracking.
Mangools pitches Basic at solo marketers, Premium at marketing teams and Agency at SEO agencies, but 1,500 tracked keywords and five extra seats is a small-agency ceiling. You should pay for more if you need a site-audit crawler (Mangools has none), a tool with its own backlink index, or deep technical work; our Ahrefs alternatives and Semrush alternatives cover full suites.
Review scores are high. G2 lists Mangools at 4.7 out of 5 from 97 reviews and Capterra at 4.8 from 92 (both read from search results on October 23, 2026), and Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 167 reviews. Recent critical reviews there include two about AI Search Watcher: one asks for more free prompts, and one calls its readout of a site's AI visibility wrong.
Mangools Rank Tracker Test: Results Pending Before You Buy
Our Mangools rank tracker test has not run yet, so results are pending and nothing on this page comes from hands-on use.
Test 01 will check which trackers report the page Google shows a real person, since AccuRanker reports Google serving swapped results to automated checks, with big steps on September 24 and October 15, 2026. One setting matters for any comparison: SERPWatcher counts a featured snippet as position 1 (see how we test).
