This Search Atlas review prices its four plans and the credits behind them, from Search Atlas's own pages as of October 23, 2026. The key fact: every plan bills monthly from one pool of Universal Credits, and Starter costs $99 for 50,000 credits, 1 seat and 2,000 tracked keywords. We have not tested it yet, and its refund window closes 48 hours after a charge.

Search Atlas Pricing: Starter, Growth, Pro and Agency Plans

Search Atlas Universal Credits: What Each Plan Buys

Search Atlas Universal Credits are one monthly pool that each plan's tools draw from, so audits, AI articles and rank checks compete for the same budget. By the page's own example, Starter's 50,000 credits buy about 50 premium AI articles, or 100 AI edits, or 1,500 rank checks; Growth gets 120,000 and Pro 400,000. The math is unclear, since Starter also lists 2,000 tracked keywords and 2,000 keyword refreshes a month.

Search Atlas OTTO: What the Plans Automate

Search Atlas OTTO is the automation every plan includes: you paste one OTTO Pixel script into your site's header, and OTTO audits pages and pushes fixes to meta tags, schema, on-page content and technical issues without code changes. It also posts to Google Business Profile and replies to reviews. Because it edits live pages, test it on one site you can roll back; a September 30, 2026 Trustpilot review says following its recommendations broke client sites.

Search Atlas Starter Plan Cuts: 1 Seat and a Position Cap

The Search Atlas Starter plan was cut from 2 seats to 1 seat by July 2026, and it hides rankings past a position cap that Search Atlas does not publish. The help center calls the cap intentional: keywords ranking past it don't appear on any Starter project, and support will tell you the range if you ask.

Search Atlas Rank Tracker Settings That Cost Quota

Search Atlas sets the rank tracker refresh interval and page depth per project, and both settings cost quota. Top 100 uses 10 times the quota of Top 10, so 500 keywords at Top 100 cost as much as 5,000 at Top 10. New projects default to Top 20, and a keyword ranking deeper than your setting shows as not ranked. Manual refreshes draw from a monthly allowance that resets on your billing date and does not roll over.

Search Atlas Pricing Page Inconsistencies to Check Before You Buy

The Search Atlas pricing page has inconsistencies worth checking before you buy. Pro's card lists six AI platforms including Claude, while the comparison table lists five without it. Pro tracks 6,000 keywords but gets 5,000 keyword refreshes, and Agency promises unlimited keyword tracking alongside a 50,000 limit. The homepage claims 3,200+ reviews, far more than the G2 and Capterra counts we found.

Search Atlas Reviews, Ratings and Affiliate Pay Complaints

Search Atlas ratings are mixed, and recent reviews raise billing and affiliate pay complaints. Trustpilot gives it 3.9 from 353 reviews, 27% of them one-star; G2 lists 4.6 from 162 and Capterra 4.7 from 88 in search results, all read October 23, 2026. Many September and October 2026 Trustpilot reviews describe charges after a trial and trouble canceling or removing a card.

Two reviews, dated September 26 and 30, 2026, say affiliate commissions were paid late or not at all and emails went unanswered. That matters if your agency plans to refer clients for its 30% lifetime commission; the same program pays this site.

Who Should Buy Search Atlas, and Which Plan

Buy Search Atlas if your agency wants automated on-page fixes, content, local work and ads in one plan paid for with credits. Pro at $399 is the first plan with white-label dashboards and client reporting; Growth adds AI visibility and ad tools.
