GoHighLevel usage costs are drawn from an agency wallet that charges your card whenever the balance drops below your minimum, on every plan.
- Email: $0.675 per 1,000 sends; validation $2.50 per 1,000.
- Texts (US and Canada): $0.00747 per outbound segment plus a carrier fee (AT&T $0.0035, T-Mobile $0.0045, Verizon $0.0050).
- Calls: $0.0166 a minute outbound, $0.01165 inbound; local numbers $1.15 a month.
- AI: pay-per-use by default, such as $0.01 per review for Reviews AI; Voice AI starts at $0.045 a minute before voice, token and phone charges.
Rebilling these to clients at cost needs Unlimited; adding your markup, or rebilling AI at all, needs Agency Pro.
The 5% Markup in GoHighLevel Pricing
The 5% markup in GoHighLevel pricing is documented three different ways by HighLevel itself. The phone pricing guide (October 12, 2026) adds 5% to A2P registration, carrier fees, Verified Caller ID and RCS fees only when rebilling is on; a September 9 article says it applies either way; the A2P fee article says A2P fees carry no markup. On 1,000 texts to Verizon numbers ($7.47 in texts plus $5.00 in carrier fees), the 5% adds $0.25 to the carrier fees by our arithmetic, so trust your wallet log over any one article.
What GoHighLevel White Label Costs
GoHighLevel white label costs $297 a month for the branded desktop app (your domain, logo and colors), which HighLevel's white-label page lists under Unlimited. The same page also lists White Label under the $97 Starter plan, so confirm what Starter includes in the trial. Selling HighLevel as your own software needs SaaS Mode on Agency Pro, and the terms forbid advertising white-labeled access to the core platform below HighLevel's standard price. GoHighLevel Free Trial and Refund Terms
The GoHighLevel free trial runs 14 days on any plan, and the refund terms after it are strict. The trial form takes a card and bills it after day 14 unless you cancel, and usage fees can apply during the trial; 30-day links are reserved for affiliates with 100 active trials. HighLevel's Terms of Service call all fees non-refundable, and wallet money becomes HighLevel's 30 days after cancellation unless you claim it. Downgrading does not cancel add-ons or phone numbers.
