This GoHighLevel review is for SEO agencies deciding whether HighLevel's CRM, funnels, client portal and white label belong in their stack. On cost: Starter is $97 a month for 3 client accounts, the branded desktop app is listed on the $297 Unlimited plan, and texts, email and AI are billed on top from a prepaid wallet. Our own test is pending, so this review reasons from HighLevel's pricing page, help center, terms and review-site scores (how we test).

What GoHighLevel Is and What Each Plan Includes

GoHighLevel, which now calls itself HighLevel, gives every plan the same core platform: CRM and pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email, SMS and calling, calendars, review requests, a social planner, invoicing and workflow automation. Each client gets its own sub-account to log in to, and every plan includes unlimited contacts and users. SEO agencies get two extras: Online Listings on 70+ sites ($30 a month per client) and an SEO add-on powered by Search Atlas ($79 a month per client), the company covered in our Search Atlas review. HighLevel is not a rank tracker or an SEO reporting suite out of the box, so an SEO shop still needs a tracker such as SE Ranking.

GoHighLevel Plans and Prices for SEO Agencies

GoHighLevel plans start at $97 a month, and the price an agency pays depends mostly on how many client sub-accounts it runs (prices as of October 23, 2026).

Starter caps you at 3 client accounts. Unlimited ($297) removes the cap, rebills phone and email to clients at cost, and is the plan HighLevel ties to the branded desktop app. Agency Pro ($497) adds SaaS Mode, which sells HighLevel subscriptions from your own site, creates client accounts automatically and resells usage at your markup. Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12. Every add-on is priced in our GoHighLevel pricing guide.

GoHighLevel Usage Costs on Top of the Plan Price

GoHighLevel usage costs come out of an agency wallet that refills from your card, so the plan price is the floor of the bill, not the total. Email is $0.675 per 1,000 sends, a US text $0.00747 per segment plus a carrier fee, outbound calls $0.0166 a minute and a local number $1.15 a month. AI is pay-per-use, or $50 or $97 a month per client on an AI Employee plan.

GoHighLevel Free Trial: 14 Days, Card Required

The GoHighLevel free trial lasts 14 days on any plan, and the card you enter is billed when it ends unless you cancel. Usage fees can apply during the trial. Affiliate sites often promise 30 days, but HighLevel reserves 30-day links for affiliates with 100 active trials, and on October 23, 2026 its 30-day URLs redirected to the 14-day page. The terms let HighLevel suspend accounts that run back-to-back trials and call all fees non-refundable, so decide before day 14.

GoHighLevel White Label Cost and the Reseller Price Rule

GoHighLevel white label cost depends on which part of HighLevel's white-label page you trust: it lists the branded desktop app (your domain, logo and colors) under the $297 Unlimited plan, yet it also lists White Label under Starter, so confirm it in the trial. A branded mobile app adds $497 a month. Resellers face one more rule: the terms bar advertising white-labeled access to the core platform below HighLevel's standard price, though the price you finally charge is yours to set.

Is GoHighLevel Worth the Learning Curve?

Whether GoHighLevel is worth the learning curve is hard to judge from reviews alone, because HighLevel pays affiliates 40% recurring commissions, so check who earns from a review. We are one too: we earn a commission if you buy through our link, so this review sticks to published facts. Trustpilot shows a 4.9 TrustScore from 15,255 reviews, while Google's results on October 23, 2026 showed G2 at 4.6 from 653 and Capterra at 4.2 from 89. Recent Trustpilot complaints repeat four themes: setup is hard unless you are technical, canceling is harder than it should be, support answers vary, and usage billing surprises people (one reviewer says HighLevel "did not follow its own Terms of Service when it billed me for SMS").

Who Should Buy GoHighLevel, and Who Should Not

Buy GoHighLevel if your agency sells lead handling as well as rankings: pipelines, review requests, texts and booking calendars for local clients under your brand, with enough clients to justify $297 for Unlimited. Skip it if you mainly send rankings, audits and monthly reports. Our GoHighLevel alternatives for SEO agencies price cheaper reporting tools at 10 clients, and our agency tool picks cover the rest of the stack.
